My process : Empathize > Define > Ideate > Prototype > Test

This project is a website to have access to different stickers app, created to be easy to use & to share updates about the stickers app. This mobile app has been designed for existing stickers app that I’ve designed too on the App Store. I have realized this UX & UI website project from the bottom to the end, as the only UX Designer. I’ve completed it during my professional certificate of UX Design by Google.

As a very connected young student, I want to be able to share the new graphic trends with my friends so that I can express my feelings and create a deeper link with them.

Manon

As a mom of two girls, I want to be able to be a part of their world when they’re away even if I’m not very connected so that I can easily look for a cute and funny universe of stickers and download them easily.

Problem Statement

Laure is a very connected young student, who need to find fun and cute Stickers because she wants to share them with her friends to be in trend.

Manon is a mom of two girls, who needs to download easily a graphic and funny stickers app because she wants to get closer to her daughters.

Unmoderate usability studies | 5 participants

Findings :
Want direct access to all Apps on Home page
Need translation
Want customization

  • Have already used a stickers app for iMessage

  • Have between 18 and 40 yrs old

  • Live in France (metropolitan & suburban area)

  • Include a fairly even distribution of genders

  • Include different abilities (visual impairment and not fluent in english)
